Your claim will be validated within 4 weeks of submission. You will be sent an email notification of your claim approval.

If you have selected to receive a ‘physical’ prepaid Mastercard®, it will be mailed to the address stated on your claim within 4 weeks from claim approval notification. If you have selected to receive a ‘digital’ prepaid Mastercard®, it will be delivered to you within 1 week of claim approval notification via SMS to the Australian mobile phone number submitted with the claim.
